  3. Founder’s Message

It brings me great satisfaction to reflect on the journey we’ve taken as a community guided by the timeless wisdom of Shree Narayana Guru. A reformer, philosopher, and spiritual torchbearer, the Guru’s message — “One Caste, One Religion, One God for Mankind” — continues to shape our values and direction.

The establishment of the Shree Narayana Philosophical Research & Welfare Centre was born from a deep commitment to the Guru’s ideals. Our vision was to build not just walls and classrooms, but a movement rooted in spiritual values, community service, and educational upliftment.

It was with this same spirit that Shree Narayana English Medium School, Naroda and Shree Narayana Higher Secondary School, Kathwada were founded. Inspired by the Guru’s powerful call — “Unite and be strong; educate and be free” — these institutions were created with a single aim: to empower young minds through quality education while nurturing character, discipline, and compassion.

Today, these schools serve nearly 4,000 students and have become centres where academic growth is matched with strong moral foundations. I take immense pride in our students’ consistent academic results, their spirited sports achievements, and above all, their transformation into responsible citizens. None of this would have been possible without the selfless dedication of our teachers, the support of successive school committees, and the trust of parents who believed in this mission.

With decades of experience in the manufacturing industry, I have always believed that lasting progress—whether in factories or in classrooms—is built on hard work, shared values, and God’s grace. These schools are a living example of that truth.

As we move forward, I encourage every child and parent to carry the light of Shree Narayana Guru’s teachings, not just in thought, but in everyday action.

With gratitude and faith in the path ahead,

T. K. Thulaseedharan
